Abstract
Diane Ceo-DiFrancesco gave a presentation focusing on research and practical application of language learner strategies for increasing language competency. It included specific examples regarding brain based research, language learning in the United States, the utilization of technology, cultural practices and perspectives, and the implementation of metacognitive strategies.
